Freddy’s Restaurant Supervisor

We’re looking for a great shift manager who loves working with people – that’s what our business is all about. We’re looking for a person who is excited to come to work and make results happen through motivating and leading their team. He or she is ready to meet a challenge head on and driven to achieve goals while delivering a high-quality guest experience time and time again.

Job Requirements - Do you have what it takes?

1 year of restaurant experienceHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to uphold Freddy’s standards for the three pillars: Hospitality, Quality and CleanlinessAbility to lead and inspire a team to set and achieve goalsAbility to create and maintain a professional and presentable restaurant imageAbility to work a variety of shiftsAbility to be a brand ambassadorAbility to travel (all expenses paid) for management training and personal developmentAbility to maintain integrity throughout all situations and experiences

A day in the life of our Supervisors can include the following duties:

Opening or closing as manager on duty, including responsibility for daily financialsLabor controlHands-on leadership of daily operations with a sense of urgencyGoing above and beyond to wow the guest, listening to and handling guest complaints effectivelyCompletion of store checklists to maintain cleanliness of store, hospitality of staff and quality of foodBe the expert on all positionsBuild and maintain a team culture, and create a productive and fun environment

Physical requirements:

No visible tattoos, facial hair or piercingsMust be able to work up to a 12-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functionsWill be required to lift up to 50 poundsMust be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure the safety of all partiesWill require full range of physical motion such as: bending, reaching, climbing a ladder, etc.
